Frequently Asked Questions

  • We are open Monday - Friday from 9am–6pm and Saturdays from 10am–5pm. We are closed on Sundays.

  • We are in the Galleria Shopping Center on Battlefield Rd in Springfield, MO. Our entrance is on the side of the building, facing the drive-thru for Panera Bread.

  • We do not currently sell iPhones, but we do service them using Apple-certified parts.

  • We do! Simply bring in your device and we’ll take care of any issues that fall under the AppleCare warranty. Keep in mind that AppleCare+ Incident fees are applicable for accidental damage.

  • Come on in! Walk-ins are our typical mode of client communication, however if you’d prefer to make an appointment, you can do so using the Apple Support application here.

  • We do accept trade-ins. Simple bring your device in and our team will assess its trade-in value.

  • Our technicians are all Apple-certified and we are an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Your device is in good hands with our team.
